Hypnobabies® Childbirth Hypnosis Classes
with Ricky Issler

(if registered 3 weeks prior to class start date)

Hypnobabies is a 6-week complete childbirth education course where mothers easily learn very effective self-hypnosis techniques to be able to stay calm, relaxed and comfortable during their birth experience.  We teach a very deep form of hypnosis which takes moms far beyond deep relaxation and breathing techniques.  Hypnosis actually conditions the mind, through repetitive training, to convert birthing sensations from painful sensations to comfortable ones.  Expectant mothers use learn how to use "Hypno-anesthesia" - a medical hypnosis technique that people employ when preparing for surgery without any drugs.  With numerous hypnosis tracks, detailed workbooks & handouts, hypnosis scripts and online support from an international network of Hypno-moms and instructors, Hypnobabies® Childbirth Hypnosis will increase your confidence, eliminate your fears, and allow you to enjoy your baby's birth in comfort, joy and love!

See our Hypnobabies page or Ricky's website for more information.
